Staffs were awesome and we had a lovely time staying here. Great location. Great rooms. Would recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi. Also has an awesome rooftop bar. Free breakfast. Big beds. Good bathroom”

“Awesome stay at Hai Bay Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at Hai Bay Hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We were warmly welcomed by the staffs with welcome drinks when we arrived and they were very kind to help us with our luggages, even before we entered the hotel to our room, and when we were leaving the hotel. Service was simply amazing! Great staff, they were very friendly, professional and helpful during our stay at the hotel.”
